Hello

Welcome! I am so happy that you are here. I am Gosia and my yoga and meditation journey started in 2017 as a result of a life long struggle with anxiety. With over 1000 hours of trainings my hope is that I can bring you a little bit closer to the true goal of yoga – freedom and fulfilment. My personal practice ebbs and flows around the intention to grow as a teacher and a student.

My Story

Yoga has long been a path of self-discovery for many, but for me, it has been a transformative journey that has shaped not only my physical being but also my spiritual essence. My journey began in a small yoga studio where I first encountered Vinyasa yoga. The gentle movements, coupled with the calming breathwork, drew me in immediately. Each class felt like a sanctuary, a space where I could escape the chaos of everyday life. As I delved deeper into my practice, I discovered the layers of yoga—its focus on alignment, strength, and flexibility, combined with the importance of breath. It was an awakening, a call to explore further. And so I did.. I dived into Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra as well as Trauma Informed Yoga.

 

While my initial training and teaching focused on traditional Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, I soon became intrigued by Tantric philosophy. Tantric Hatha, with its emphasis on energy, consciousness, and the sacredness of the body, resonated

deeply with me. It taught me that yoga is not merely a physical practice; it is a holistic approach to life that celebrates the divine within ourselves and the universe. This perspective shifted my practice from a series of postures to a profound journey of self-inquiry and connection.

 

As my practice evolved, so did my desire to share this wisdom with others. I see yoga as a way to awaken the dormant energy within and cultivate a deeper connection to the universe.

As I continue on this path, I remain committed to learning and evolving. The world of yoga is vast, and I am excited to explore new dimensions.

My approach combines ancient wisdom with neuroscience, neuroplasticity, nervous system regulation, mantra and psychology. By weaving these practices together, I hope to create an environment that respects wisdom of the past while embracing the insights of the present.

 

The practices I offer show you the path to true Self. The Self who is not bound by external stimuli or circumstances. The Self who is already Whole and Complete.

I whole-heartedly invite you to dive in with me into the vastness of experience yoga has to offer. Rather than listening to the loud mind, let’s tune into those quiet but profound whispers of the heart. To reclaim and to remember your True Essence.
